Our Story
Twenty years ago, John Turner faced a decision. His company wanted to transfer him to Houston, which meant uprooting his family from Little Rock and leaving his church and community behind. "I didn't want to sacrifice everything just to follow a job."
When it came time to decide, John put family first. In 2005, he left corporate life to start something new. "Building was always a hobby. I built my own house, helped others with remodeling, and built homes in Honduras for a ministry I love. When a builder friend said construction would be a good transition, I listened."
John's friend wasn't the only one to back him. When he went to his bank for a loan, his banker didn't hesitate. "I'll fund you." And with that, Turner and Sons Construction was born.
Over the years, Turner and Sons grew entirely through referrals—no ads, no sales team. "It's always been word of mouth. Just good business building homes people love."
Three years ago, John's sons Caleb and Gabe joined the family business, making Turner and Sons true to its name.
